There are some simple tips that a key to any healthy weight loss plan (if you’re looking for a really good one, check out the Diet Solution Program review here)  The first of these is good hydration. In this video Brenda Thompson, registered dietitian, talks about how to  keep yourself hydrated.

Following the recommendation of 8 cups of water a day is a great place to start, but you may need more than this if you are very active. It is a good idea to carry a bottle of water with you at all times. She suggests a metal drink bottle because the molecules in plastic can become active and may release toxins that may cause cancer. Try and hydrate yourself at periods through out the day rather than all at once. If you drink it all at once your cells will become hydrated and the rest will be expelled as urine. This may lead to dehydration later in the day.
